Your files stay protected after you share them
FileGrant encrypts every document with quantum-safe cryptography and keeps you in control after it leaves: revoke access, track every open, block screenshots.
Your SharePoint, with every file encrypted
CyberGrant Connector adds quantum-safe encryption to the SharePoint and OneDrive files you already use, without migration. Even outside the tenant (your company's Microsoft 365 environment), a file opens only on authorized company devices, and Copilot can't read its content.
AI works on your documents, your data stays in-house
AIGrant is FileGrant's private AI extension: it classifies documents and answers questions in plain language without sending data to public AI services.
Files stay encrypted from cloud to PC
With FileGrant, encryption stays on the document even after download: the file moves from the cloud to the computer without becoming readable to anyone who lacks permission. On company PCs, RemoteGrant opens it in the applications people already use.
Files on company PCs stay encrypted, in the office and remotely
RemoteGrant protects company computers: it encrypts files on the device, controls USB drives and remote access (RDP), and hides the remote access port from attackers' scanners.
Spot vulnerabilities before hackers do
CyberGrant's Red Team simulates real-world attacks to uncover weaknesses before criminals find them. Test your company's security before it's too late.
File-centric protection for company data, wherever it goes
CyberGrant is a cybersecurity company specializing in file-level data protection: it encrypts documents at creation with quantum-safe cryptography and keeps them under control after they are shared, in the cloud, on PCs and at suppliers. Its solutions cover four areas: file-centric DLP, private on-premise AI, quantum-safe encryption and compliance with NIS2, DORA, GDPR and the AI Act.

The numbers that move protection to the file
Two products: FileGrant for files, RemoteGrant for endpoints
FileGrant is CyberGrant's file-centric platform: it encrypts every document with Lock&Go, the patented technology built on quantum-safe cryptography, tracks every open and lets you revoke access even after a file is sent or downloaded.
RemoteGrant protects company PCs in the office and remotely: it encrypts files on the device, enforces more than 20 policies on USB, clipboard, screen capture and network, and hides the remote access port from attackers' scanners with patented technology.
Extend Encryption Across Email, Credentials, AI, and SharePoint
Extensions bring FileGrant protection to a new channel and are activated together with FileGrant.
Encrypts SharePoint and OneDrive files, in any format and without migration: people keep working as they always have.
Private on-premise AI: answers questions about company documents in plain language, applies FileGrant permissions and keeps data away from public AI.
Credentials, API keys and tokens encrypted and managed like files, with permissions, revocation and an activity log.

NIS2, DORA, GDPR and the AI Act require adequate technical measures and the ability to prove them. CyberGrant builds them on the data itself: file encryption, access control, AI governance and an audit trail of every action, ready to show during an audit.

Frequently asked questions
CyberGrant is a cybersecurity company specializing in file-level data protection. It was founded by Valerio Pastore, Massimiliano Maggi and Stephen Akridge, is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, and runs its operations from Milan, with research and development in Italy. With its FileGrant and RemoteGrant products, it encrypts files with quantum-safe cryptography and keeps them under control even outside the corporate perimeter.
It means protection lives in the file and follows it wherever it goes. The document is encrypted when it is created and stays encrypted in the cloud, on PCs, in attachments and at suppliers: anyone without permission sees only metadata, and access can be revoked even after sharing. This is the model behind FileGrant, CyberGrant’s file-centric platform.
There are two products: FileGrant, for storing and sharing encrypted files, and RemoteGrant, for protecting PCs and remote access. Extensions bring FileGrant protection to other channels: Connector to SharePoint and OneDrive, EmailGrant to email, SecretGrant to credentials and AIGrant to private AI. Extensions are activated together with FileGrant.
No, CyberGrant works alongside Microsoft 365. CyberGrant Connector encrypts SharePoint and OneDrive files where they are, without migration and without changing permissions or sign-in: a file opens only on authorized devices and stays unreadable to the tenant administrator and to Copilot. Purview stays in place, and Connector also covers non-Office formats.
Yes. FileGrant and RemoteGrant are available in the cloud, on-premise or in hybrid mode, including on cloud infrastructure located in Italy. AIGrant, the private AI extension, installs on-premise: documents, index and model stay on the company’s servers. With an on-premise installation, encryption keys stay with the customer.
It is encryption designed to withstand quantum computers as well. FileGrant uses CRYSTALS-Kyber, the algorithm NIST standardized in FIPS 203 (ML-KEM) in August 2024. It matters today because anyone who steals data encrypted with classical algorithms can store it and decrypt it later: the “harvest now, decrypt later” logic.
NIS2, DORA and GDPR require technical measures proportionate to risk and the ability to prove them, without mandating a specific algorithm. With FileGrant, data is encrypted, access is governed by role and every action on files and folders is recorded in the audit trail, ready to export for an audit. Compliance must be assessed against each organization’s regulatory scope.
