Who can see the activity history on a file?

What gets logged
- File opens (who, when, from which session)
- Downloads
- Content edits
- Shares and access revocations
- Tag additions and removals
- Renames
- Moves and copies
- Adding to Favourites or hiding
Who can view the log

The log is read-only. You cannot edit or delete it. If you need a formal report for compliance or audit purposes, contact your administrator.
How to access the log for your file
- Select the file.
- Click Details (top bar or ⋮ menu).
- Go to the Activity tab in the side panel.
💡 Tip: If you want to know whether someone actually opened a file you shared, check the Activity tab — you'll see every access event with the exact date and time.
