Why can't I edit a file?
Online editing via Office 365 requires specific conditions — here's a checklist of common reasons editing might be blocked.

Office 365 supports DOCX, XLSX, PPTX. PDFs, images, and other formats cannot be edited online. |

A tag is blocking editing |
In some cases tags can restrict editing too. Check with your administrator. |
💡 Tip: If you need to edit a PDF, ask the sender to share the original editable version (e.g., a DOCX) instead.
