What can each role do in FileGrant?

Your account role and your permission on a specific file are two separate things — this guide explains both and how they interact.

In FileGrant, available actions depend on your account role and the access type you were granted on a specific file. These two factors work independently of each other.

AI access by role

AI features (Classification, Summary, Chat) are only available if enabled by the administrator, regardless of role.
