How do I chat with a document to ask questions about its content?

Document Chat lets you interrogate a file in natural language — as if you were asking questions to someone who has read the whole document for you.

How to use it

1. Select the document → ⋮ menu → AIGrant → Document Chat.
2. Type your question in the Insert Message field.
3. Click Send.
4. The AI responds in real time, based on the actual content of the file.

Example questions

• "What is this contract about?"
• "Who are the signing parties?"
• "Are there any late-payment penalties?"
• "What is the agreement's expiry date?"

Copying answers

You can copy the text generated by the AI. Your admin may disable this option for certain roles.
