How do I see all active sessions on my account?
FileGrant shows you every device and browser currently logged into your account — including IP address, device type, and last activity.
FileGrant shows you all open sessions on your account: browser, device, IP address, and the date of the last activity.
How to access
- Click your name in the top right.
- Select Active sessions from the dropdown menu.
Information shown for each session

The IP address from which the login occurred. |

Device |
The type of device (e.g., Windows, macOS, mobile). |

Last Activity |
Date and time of the last recorded action in that session. |

Session Expiry |
The date/time when the session will automatically expire. |
|
Current Session |
Indicates which listed session is the one you're using right now. |
💡 Tip: Review your active sessions periodically. If you see a device or location you don't recognize, revoke it immediately and contact your administrator.
